Good quality and professional work are the best publicity, which is why at Consilium we consider efficient quality management to be of key importance.

In line with the standards of quality control proposed by ADM/ASI/BVM for market and opinion research, Consilium has developed its own internal rules for successful quality management. These rules apply to the internal management of projects, training of our staff, data protection, as well as to the quality standards we demand of our external contractors.

Meanwhile, the standards developed by ADM/ASI/BVM have mostly been codified in the German DIN ISO 20252 standards for market and social research. On this basis, Consilium has brought its quality assurance initiatives into alignment with ISO 20252. Since we conduct fieldwork with business partners who are all members of either ADM or BVM, they are also subject to ISO 20252 standards.
