Consilium was established in 1995 as a German limited-liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung). Since then, Jörg Kohlbacher has been the manager of the company. Besides our managing director, the team is made up of nine full-time members, all of whom have university degrees covering a wide range of disciplines.
From the time the company was founded, our clients have included renowned companies from the telecommunications and financial services sectors. We advise and guide our clients both in ad hoc research and major long-term studies. Alongside classic ad hoc surveys in a broad range of fields, the focus of our portfolio is directed at studies on customer and employee satisfaction, as well as mystery research.
In 2003, Consilium began its own call centre operations, which enable us to conduct especially sensitive studies at a highly professional level within the company.
