Starting point of the article is the assumption that customer orientation of many companies often fall behind announcements or extensive research activities. A change in thinking is asked. Market research and its so far underestimated possibilities are taken into account. Important impulse can come through the help of market research and its stimulational tools. The authors introduce their system.
