Abstract
The telecommunication market has been coming along quite rapidly and looking different. That is a new challenge for market research. With the mobile phone now almost a customer item it must be asked how can the increasing number of households without conventional telephone network be handled or households with more than one mobile phone plus conventional network. The authors go to that problem and introduce a new measurement instrument as solution.
