Abstract

Retailers who increased their market share during the recent crisis have one thing in common: they succeeded in transforming their stores into a brand. The key factor driving these success stories is a concept to standardise both market appearance and internal workflows. The role of market research is to survey how the concept is put into practice. Store Check is one of the key instruments for this purpose.
